Abbie Joiner, PT, DPT, UDN-C, PCES, is a pelvic health physical therapist from Philadelphia, MS. She earned her biology degree with a minor in neuroscience from Millsaps College before obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Abbie’s expertise in pelvic health includes specialized training through the MOJO Pelvic Health Clinical Mentoring Program, APTA, and Herman and Wallace Institute.
As a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and dry needling practitioner, Abbie offers a comprehensive approach to pelvic health. She combines these skills to provide individualized care, addressing a wide range of pelvic floor disorders and supporting men and women with any and all pelvic health issues.
Abbie has expanded her expertise to include pediatric pelvic health, completing specialized training to address pelvic health conditions in children and adolescents. This unique skill set allows her to provide compassionate care across all age groups, addressing the often overlooked pelvic health needs of younger patients.
Abbie's passion for her field is matched by her love for an active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and reading.
