She also has her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, further expanding her expertise to support patients through various life stages.

Audra's practice addresses a wide range of pelvic health issues in both men and women, including incontinence, pelvic pain, hip and low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel and colorectal issues, and pregnancy-related concerns. Her genuine enthusiasm for her work shines through in her commitment to helping patients reclaim their lives, whether it's returning to exercise, work, childcare, or simply enjoying everyday activities comfortably.

Outside the clinic, Audra embraces an active lifestyle that mirrors her professional passions, enjoying time with her dog, husband and daughter and staying fit through running and CrossFit. With Audra, patients find not just a skilled practitioner, but a compassionate ally who truly understands their journey to optimal pelvic health and overall well-being.
