Rachel Bolton, PT, DPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist with deep roots in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned her Kinesiology degree with a minor in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville before obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Rachel's expertise in pelvic health is backed by comprehensive training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the MOJO Pelvic Health Clinical Mentoring and Training Program and she is pursuing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist Certification.
Her passion for pelvic health was ignited by witnessing the transformative impact of MOJO Pelvic Health on her sister's well-being. This personal experience led Rachel to immerse herself in the field, completing a clinical rotation as a student at UTHSC.
Rachel's approach combines her physical therapy skills with her background in psychology, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of pelvic health. She creates a supportive environment for patients, helping them navigate sensitive health issues with compassion and expertise.
Outside the clinic, Rachel maintains an active lifestyle, loves exploring Memphis's culinary scene, and cheering for the Memphis Grizzlies. She values quality time with her husband and family, understanding the importance of personal well-being in providing exceptional patient care.
