She laid the foundation for her career at Middle Tennessee State University, earning a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, before obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

Sadie’s commitment to excellence is evident in her pursuit of specialized certifications. As a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), she brings a wealth of knowledge to support women through the transformative stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her expertise extends further with advanced training in fertility care, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) management, and innovative approaches to Endometriosis pain relief.
