For Sadie Wilkinson Jones, PT, DPT, PCES, her path to becoming a pelvic health specialist began at the University of Mississippi, where she earned her degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish. While working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic during her senior year, Sadie discovered her passion for physical therapy, leading her to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and has a Level 1 Myopain Dry Needling Certification.
It was during her third year of doctoral studies that Sadie first observed the pelvic health specialty, instantly recognizing it as her calling. Today, she specializes in pregnancy-related dysfunction, postpartum recovery, and the complexities of chronic pelvic pain for both men and women, among other pelvic health issues and dysfunctions. She supports both men and women in their pelvic health care, and offers an approach that is personalized, tailoring each treatment session to her patients' unique needs and goals.
A Meridian, Mississippi native now living in Memphis, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and cheering on Ole Miss at sporting events.
